Dr. Laura Kaplan, Clinical Assistant Professor, Pace University, NY
Dr. Laura Kaplan completed her doctorate in the Urban Education Program at the CUNY Graduate Center in September 2018. She is currently a clinical assistant professor in TESOL/Bilingual Education at Pace University. Her research interests include the history of bilingual education in New York State, trans-languaging in the ENL classroom, grassroots educational activism, critically compassionate pedagogy for Latinx youth.
